Moxie Labs is a digital solutions company located in Philadelphia, PA, specializing in building websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing programs. They are seeking a highly creative and data-informed Social Media and Content Specialist to develop compelling brand narratives across various channels and manage organic social media strategies for client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own organic social media strategy and execution for several assigned client accounts full-time, acting as the primary point of accountability for content quality, cadence, and performance
- Plan, write, and publish content across blogs, whitepapers, social channels, and digital marketing materials, shifting fluidly between regulated, compliance-reviewed client work and creative-forward brand storytelling for less regulated channels including Moxie Labs' own social media accounts
- Manage content workflows within blog CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), keeping production schedules and approval chains on track
- Build and manage campaign calendars using social scheduling tools, with hands-on Hootsuite experience required
- Run basic analytics reporting on organic social performance, including monthly platform-native reporting (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) and GA4 traffic insights, to track content reach and engagement against KPIs
- Navigate compliance-driven review and approval processes for regulated client content, ensuring all posts meet applicable industry, legal, and brand guidelines before publishing
- Collaborate with digital marketing and product teams to define and track KPIs for content reach and organic engagement
- Interface directly with clients and partners to align content tone, brand messaging, and strategic goals
- Stay current on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools across social platforms and content distribution channels
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or copywriting, including direct ownership of a brand's or client's organic social channels
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern social content generation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and basic graphic design or short-form video editing skills to efficiently produce high-quality visual and graphical assets
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate content planning, rapid ideation, and initial content drafting without sacrificing brand quality or voice
- A portfolio demonstrating both regulated/compliance-reviewed content and unrestricted creative or brand content, showing range across short-form social and long-form blog or article writing
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools, specifically Hootsuite, along with familiarity with blog management CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of GA4 or similar analytics tools, with the ability to build and present basic performance reports
- Experience supporting digital marketing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other emerging channels
- Ability to pivot between structured, compliance-first client work and open-ended, creative-forward content for internal or less-regulated brand work
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a full-time client workload and shifting priorities independently
- Relentlessly high standards, flawless grammar, and sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency within Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) for collaborative, real-time client and internal workflows
- Experience working in a high-compliance environment (pharma, healthcare, financial services, or similar regulated industry) preferred; familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR compliance strongly preferred
- Experience with the following is a Plus: Knowledge of paid social media campaign creation and optimization
- Experience in agency environments managing multiple client brands simultaneously
