They are seeking a Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing & Consumer Tech to lead the strategic growth of their Integrated Marketing practice and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative marketing solutions and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for SourceCode's Integrated Marketing practice, expanding and evolving our capabilities across paid media, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, SEO, website strategy, analytics, creative services, AI enabled marketing, marketing automation, and emerging search disciplines
- Drive significant organic growth by successfully cross-selling specialized services like SEO, influencer marketing, and performance analytics to existing clients
- Actively build SourceCode's brand awareness through networking and industry events to drive and convert the new business pipeline
- Lead integrated marketing and consumer tech strategy for new business opportunities by partnering with agency leadership to develop compelling, insight driven solutions, lead integrated pitches, and win complex, multi channel engagements that drive long term growth
- Partner with client leaders across all portfolios to identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Develop strategic recommendations that increase client value, deepen partnerships, and drive profitable organic growth across the portfolio
- Continuously evolve the integrated marketing practice by identifying emerging technologies, AI capabilities, modern search strategies, and new service offerings that strengthen SourceCode's market differentiation and deliver greater client value
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior marketing leaders across the consumer tech portfolio, providing deep industry knowledge and guiding long-term partnerships
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead the development of integrated marketing programs that combine paid, earned, owned, shared, creative, analytics, AI, and emerging marketing capabilities into cohesive strategies that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI
- Partner directly with core earned media, content, and media strategy business units to seamlessly weave digital frameworks into standard communication playbooks, ensuring an all-encompassing client experience
- Synthesize client objectives to establish clear business cases, campaign parameters, and internal performance benchmarks (KPIs) each quarter
- Own the financial performance of the integrated marketing practice and consumer tech portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and overall P&L management
- Optimize team capacity, utilization, and resource planning across the practice and portfolio to ensure efficient delivery, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while maintaining high quality client outcomes
- Partner with leadership to align integrated marketing with earned media and communications, ensuring clients receive cohesive, scalable programs that maximize business impact while supporting agency growth
- Lead the evolution of SourceCode's integrated marketing practice by identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies, AI driven workflows, marketing automation, and modern search capabilities that improve client outcomes and strengthen the agency's competitive advantage
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable processes, delivery frameworks, and operational standards that support the continued growth of the integrated marketing practice and consumer tech portfolio while improving efficiency, consistency, and profitability
- Partner with stakeholders across PR, creative, digital, measurement, media strategy and Client Services to remove operational barriers, improve collaboration, and create repeatable delivery models that enhance both the client and employee experience
- Partner with HR and Operations to cultivate a world-class hybrid talent roster, building a balanced network of full-time team members and elite external vendors/production houses
- Directly manage, guide, and mentor a team of direct reports, taking responsibility for their professional goal setting, performance evaluations, and headcount forecasting
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and people-first workplace culture
- Proactively identify team challenges and work closely with HR to troubleshoot staff retention, training needs, and delivery issues
- Exhibit professional accountability in your leadership relationships
- Lead difficult staff conversations when necessary, while balancing team requests against commercial business realities
- Collaborate with HR to draft an ongoing, agency-wide integrated marketing curriculum, upskilling standard PR cohorts in digital literacy to expand organic agency growth
- Serve as an active brand ambassador for SourceCode at external industry networking events, panel circuits, and judging committees, championing the agency's progressive vision of integrated storytelling
- Develop and share original thought leadership that showcases SourceCode's expertise across integrated marketing, AI, measurement, emerging search, and communications
- Produce articles, research, presentations, and client insights that educate the market, reinforce the agency's differentiation, and generate commercial opportunities
Skills
- 15+ years of experience building and growing integrated marketing, PR, and digital practices within an agency environment, with a heavy emphasis on client leadership in the consumer lifestyle and consumer tech sectors
- Executive Leadership: You're an accountable, people first leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You build trust, develop talent, make sound decisions, and inspire teams through clarity, collaboration, and results
- Strategic Business Acumen: You can translate complex business challenges into integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. You think beyond campaigns, connecting marketing, communications, technology, and business objectives to create long-term value for clients
- Commercial & Financial Leadership: You have experience owning a practice or portfolio, including revenue growth, forecasting, profitability, utilization, resource planning, and financial performance
- Innovation, AI & Tech Evolution: You have a strong understanding of AI, marketing automation, emerging search, and evolving marketing technologies. You're passionate about identifying new capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and helping clients navigate the future of marketing in a fast-paced consumer tech landscape
- Integrated Marketing Expertise: Deep experience across paid, earned, owned, and shared media, including content strategy, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, analytics, website strategy, measurement, and marketing technology
- Executive Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the confidence to advise executive stakeholders, lead complex client engagements, represent the agency publicly, and communicate a compelling point of view
- Technology & Data Fluency: Comfortable working across AI platforms, analytics, measurement, marketing automation, project management, collaboration tools, and emerging marketing technologies. Experience leveraging data and technology to improve decision-making, client outcomes, and operational performance
