Key Responsibilities Lead the design process for new features and products, from concept to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile applications. Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience designing for the beauty, wellness, or consumer lifestyle industries is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
