Addition Management is a growing boutique financial advisory firm seeking an experienced Sr. Tax Accounting professional to join their team. The role involves managing a diverse client portfolio, preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, and developing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for an existing book of 100+ individuals and 40+ business tax clients while maintaining high service standards and strengthening long-term client relationships
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, fiduciary advice, and exceptional service
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, including complex tax situations for high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses
- Deliver proactive tax planning strategies integrated with overall financial and investment plans
- Participate in business development and referral relationship management
Skills
- CPA or EA designation required
- 15+ years of tax planning, and tax preparation experience
- Extensive experience preparing complex individual and business tax returns
- Experience using ProSeries by Intuit software (or similar) a plus
