They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects, managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of assigned electrical construction projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership
- Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes
- Lead project meetings and serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office operations
- Identify and address project risks, change orders, and contract modifications
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Mentor Project Managers and support staff as needed
Skills
- Proven experience managing large commercial and/or mission critical electrical projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
