Jukebox Health is a fast growing healthcare services company focused on empowering individuals to live safer and healthier lives at home. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design process from discovery to delivery, creating intuitive interfaces for complex workflows and driving user-centric design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery through delivery for everything from internal to clinician-facing and partner-facing products
- Translate ambiguous, complex workflows into intuitive, visually refined interfaces
- Drive UX research and user testing to ground design decisions in real user needs
- Build and maintain a coherent design system that scales across products
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality work, not just high-quality mocks
- Raise the design bar across the organization by bringing a strong aesthetic sensibility and the conviction to defend it
Skills
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and taste
- Deep expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy tools
- Ability to operate independently end-to-end: research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design
- Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale clearly to non-designers
- Comfort with ambiguity and experience in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and limited process overhead
- Experience working in healthcare with clinical, operational, or health plan workflows
- Prior work on design systems at scale
- Experience using AI to augment Product work
