Adapture is a leading provider of secure, enterprise-class cloud and managed network services, and they are seeking multiple networking professionals for hands-on and leadership roles. The position involves providing network support, managing and troubleshooting various network components, and leading a team of network engineers in a fast-paced managed services environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing network support via phone and ticketing systems
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot: Firewalls (especially Fortinet / FortiGate) Routers, switches, VPNs, and secure connectivity
- Perform network changes including route updates, port configurations, and firewall rule management
- Support incident response and participate in escalations for high-severity issues
- Monitor network performance, uptime, and security across enterprise environments
- Assist with network migrations, upgrades, and after-hours maintenance as needed
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers/admins
- Own team performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) including: Response times (e.g., 1–2 hour SLA targets) Resolution times Customer satisfaction scores
- Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents
- Drive process improvement, operational discipline, and documentation standards
- Manage workload distribution and priorities in a high-volume environment
- Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and hiring support
Skills
- 3+ years (Admin) / 5+ years (Lead) supporting enterprise network environments
- Strong experience in customer-facing support within an MSP or cloud services provider
- Hands-on expertise with: Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, etc.)
- Firewall rule management, VPN configuration, and network security
- Deep understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, VPNs
- Routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, STP)
- Experience working in fast-paced, ticket-driven environments with SLAs
- Experience across the broader Fortinet ecosystem: FortiPortal, FortiMonitor, FortiAP, FortiSwitch
- Background in managed services (MSP) or cloud providers
- Exposure to Azure, VMware (NSX), or hybrid cloud networking
- Experience supporting large, distributed enterprise networks
- Relevant certifications: CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE (NSE4/NSE5/NSE7), Azure Network Engineer
