They are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to build and manage profitable patient acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google, driving qualified leads while ensuring compliance and effective performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google for multiple chiropractic clinic clients
- Develop and test creative frameworks, hooks, messaging angles, and offer positioning specific to cash-pay neuropathy, spinal decompression, and knee pain therapy
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions — identify what's working, what's not, and what to do next
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining CPL and CPA efficiency
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to brief and direct creative assets that perform
- Prepare weekly performance reports and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership and clients
- Monitor platform policy changes and proactively flag compliance risks before they become account issues
- Contribute to offer strategy and patient acquisition consulting alongside agency leadership
Skills
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with direct ownership over performance outcomes
- Proven track record running campaigns for healthcare, medical, or service-based businesses — you understand compliance, sensitive offer positioning, and audience targeting constraints
- Agency background required — you've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously and know how to context-switch without dropping performance
- Deep fluency in campaign strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, offer positioning, and scaling methodology
- Strong analytical skills — you speak CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and MER without needing a glossary
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to creative direction: hooks, ad copy angles, offer framing, and video concept briefs
- Up-to-date knowledge of Meta and Google platform changes, compliance policies, and optimization tools
- Excellent written and spoken English — you can communicate performance clearly to clients and leadership without hiding behind data
- In depth knowledge of conversion tracking across platforms
- In depth knowledge of GA4, Meta CAPI, offline conversion tracking, and GHL integrations
