They are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of their SaaS and RaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones
- Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks
Skills
- 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models
- Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies
- Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
- PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred
