They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to design and operate the growth function for their Force Fleet solution, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate Force Fleet’s modern growth system
- Run rapid growth experiments including landing page experiments, messaging tests, and funnel conversion optimization
- Operate a modern AI-powered growth stack and introduce new tools to improve speed and efficiency
- Own the lifecycle experience and work collaboratively with the product team to design and improve customer engagement campaigns
- Co-manage the SEO & content engine to ensure content strategy supports growth objectives
Skills
- You are a subject matter expert with strong opinions on the future of growth marketing
- Completed growth-centric educational / training programs like those offered by Reforge
- Have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth
- Have worked in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS; bonus points for IoT experience
- Love experimentation and building systems from scratch
- Are highly comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows
- Have a strong analytical mindset and can follow the data
- Are comfortable launching and measuring experiments quickly
