The Senior Director of AI Insights will lead efforts in transforming data into actionable insights through artificial intelligence, ensuring that insights drive measurable impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for how AI-driven insights support organizational objectives
- Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, uncover trends, and create competitive advantage
- Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with long-term business priorities and to define success metrics
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, operations, and finance leaders to embed AI insights into decision-making
- Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure scalable, secure data pipelines and infrastructure while establishing best practices for model monitoring, testing, and lifecycle management
- Drive organizational adoption of AI tools and insights through storytelling, education, and stakeholder engagement while advocating for AI literacy across the organization
- Continuously improve models and strategies based on performance, adoption, and business outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science with a specific emphasis on AI utilization and implementation
- Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and data visualization
- Proven track record of applying AI insights to solve business challenges and drive results
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI best practices
- Seasoned self-starter who is eager to apply business learnings across a portfolio of clients and drive insights
- Ability to develop and own stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role
- Significant experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
