The role involves designing and deploying NLP and Generative AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy NLP and Generative AI solutions
- Build scalable Python pipelines for NLP, LLMs, and machine learning workflows
- Train, evaluate, and optimize supervised and unsupervised ML models
- Analyze transactional and enterprise data to deliver actionable insights
- Develop cloud-native AI/ML solutions on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and data challenges
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps best practices for production AI systems
Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or NLP Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy, and NLP frameworks
- Experience building and deploying Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions
- Expertise in ML model development, training, optimization, deployment, and MLOps/LLMOps
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, and semantic search
- Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, Airflow, and scalable data engineering frameworks
- Experience building cloud-native AI solutions on AWS
- Experience working with large datasets across Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Woodlawn, MD
