Viridan Group is seeking an experienced Data Center Senior Cost Manager to lead regional cost management activities across multiple large-scale data center construction projects. This role involves overseeing project cost controls, forecasting, and overall financial performance across a portfolio of mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional Cost Managers across multiple data center construction projects
- Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting
- Develop and maintain standardized cost management processes and reporting across projects
- Review project financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Approve major cost changes, change orders, and budget adjustments
- Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates
- Support benchmarking, cost modeling, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Required experience delivering data center construction projects
- 8+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, estimating, or construction finance within EPC or large-scale construction environments
- Proven experience managing multiple large construction projects and leading cost management teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
