Responsibilities
- Manage complex Stage 1 operational assessments from kickoff through executive presentation
- Develop comprehensive operational analyses identifying performance gaps and value creation opportunities
- Build actionable findings, benefit summaries, and transformation blueprints
- Ensure assessments are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Brooks International methodology
- Direct Business Analysts and Implementation Specialists through structured assignments and frequent coaching
- Review analyses for accuracy, quality, and business impact
- Mentor junior consultants and accelerate their professional development
- Present findings to executive leadership teams
- Develop compelling business cases supported by quantitative analysis
- Build credibility with CEOs, business owners, and senior leadership
- Position clients to confidently move from assessment into implementation
- Quantify operational performance gaps
- Estimate financial improvement opportunities
- Validate operational assumptions using data-driven methodologies
- Build executive-level reports and recommendations
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, travel budgets, and engagement documentation
