As a Senior Business Consultant in R&D, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming their operations with technology and data, focusing on reshaping models and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
- Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
- Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
- Support multiple projects across R&D while developing deep expertise in your specific practice
Skills
- 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven expertise in biopharma ClinOps, ClinData, Regulatory, Safety, or general R&D strategy
- A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
