The Senior B2B Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing corporate communication and marketing initiatives that enhance the organization's brand and market presence, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve communication objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute corporate communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and business priorities to enhance brand positioning, market visibility, and corporate image
- Develop and communicate key messaging, brand narratives, and value propositions that effectively position the organization’s services and capabilities in alignment with overall marketing and business strategies
- Drive collaboration between marketing and sales teams to define and prioritize target market segments, ensuring effective positioning of the organization in communication strategies
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer expectations to support communication planning and identify emerging business opportunities
- Manage external communication activities and engagement initiatives for clients, partners, industry bodies, prospective customers, media representatives, and other key stakeholders, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all communication channels
- Support the organization’s brand and reputation management efforts by reviewing communication materials, monitoring external communication outputs, and assisting in communication responses during sensitive or business-critical situations in line with approved communication protocols and guidelines
- Coordinate the development and distribution of external communication materials such as corporate announcements, press releases, newsletters, leadership messages, company profiles, presentations, and other corporate communication or branding materials
- Implement the social media marketing strategy aimed at engaging and growing our online community
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and digital media platforms covering the news and events, to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage the implementation of social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences, increase website traffic, and support lead generation initiatives
- Analyze social media metrics and audience engagement trends to evaluate platform performance and recommend improvements to enhance digital reach and engagement
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms & features, and industry best practices, and recommend their integration to enhance the company's social media presence
- Monitor and report online conversations, audience interactions and sentiment across social and digital platforms and escalate potential reputation-related concerns or communication risks where appropriate
- Manage marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across various communication channels, while monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements to optimize effectiveness and results
- Create, manage, and coordinate marketing content, campaign collateral, announcements, and promotional materials aligned with branding and campaign objectives
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging and communication standards to promote brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Plan, research, and develop materials to cover announcements and execute media outreach for that
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement and performance data, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing outcomes
- Manage and update company website, ensuring content remains fresh, accurate, relevant, and aligned with branding and communication requirements
- Coordinate with sales teams to gather updates on projects, achievements, client success stories, and business developments for use in marketing and communication initiatives
- Establish, document, and maintain functional processes, best practices, and work standards for marketing and corporate communication activities
- Compare current practices against relevant industry best standards by researching evolving areas of work, market trends, and changes, and recommend process improvements to address identified gaps and enhance operational effectiveness
- Monitor the processes and workflows of the function to ensure the quality and work standards are maintained
- Evaluate the effectiveness and utilization of communication, marketing, and digital tools, and recommend updates or enhancements where required
- Establish communication measurement frameworks and track key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, content engagement, website performance, stakeholder reach, and communication outcomes
- Prepare periodic reports and insights on communication activities, highlighting performance trends, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations for future initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication or a related area is mandatory
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, corporate communications, or related marketing functions
- Experience of working in the information technology industry is mandatory
- Experience in coordinating with and managing external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and other creative service providers
- Experience in developing marketing and corporate communication materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, announcements, and digital content
- Experience in supporting the development and coordination of corporate videos, promotional content, or multimedia communication materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure clear, consistent, and cohesive communication across marketing and corporate communication initiatives
- Ability to work with corporate management, employees, service providers, media, and the larger community
- Ability to offer sound media relations advice to the senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
