Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ExpediteInfoTech, Inc. is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to provide cloud engineering support for the Federal Government. The role involves building, integrating, and deploying multi-cloud environments, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Responsibilities
- Deploy Palo Alto firewall in AWS Gov-Cloud perform configurations and rule sets
- Optimize Palo Alto Firewall in AWS Gov-Cloud and AWS Commercial
- Deploy enhancements to Landing Zone Accelerator deployments
- Perform integration with various identity and access solutions, including Okta and its integrations with EntraID, PIV, or SailPoint
- Provide AWS network engineering support (TGW, routing tables, VPCs)
- Enable ongoing infrastructure evolution aligned with client cybersecurity and IT governance
- Provide continuous cybersecurity operations for the client's AWS environments by FISMA and FedRAMP standards
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Client's cloud-based Data Lake infrastructure to support secure, scalable analytics workflows
- Design, develop and implement improvement to current AWS Self-hosted COTs applications
- Enable and assist deployment of AWS Direct Connect in orchestration with ISTS contractor team in charge of AWS Direct Connect deployment
- Design, Develop and deploy new AWS infrastructure
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience with cloud engineering support
- Ability to build, integrate, and deploy multi-cloud environments
- Experience with cloud infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of hardening, operations, and maintenance of cloud environments
- Experience establishing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Knowledge of implementing identity management
- Experience deploying capabilities via CI/CD pipeline
- Ability to maintain server and database compliance including patching
- Experience automating using scripting languages
- Experience deploying Palo Alto firewall in AWS Gov-Cloud
- Ability to perform configurations and rule sets for Palo Alto Firewall
- Experience optimizing Palo Alto Firewall in AWS Gov-Cloud and AWS Commercial
- Experience deploying enhancements to Landing Zone Accelerator deployments
