The Senior AI Full Stack Developer will build, test, and deploy AI-powered tools, integrate APIs, and collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows and enhance marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate marketing operations and automate go-to-market execution
- Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to design and automate the generation of branded documents and marketing assets, ensuring consistency across all go-to-market materials
- Continuously research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash’s AI automation roadmap
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows, delivering in days or weeks instead of months
- Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk, embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting an AI-first engineering culture
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript and Java)
- Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK)
- Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (e.g. Claude Code or equivalent)
- A proven ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver outcomes at speed
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Based in Quebec (preferred)
- Experience with AWS
- Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio
- Cybersecurity awareness or best-practice knowledge
- Startup environment experience
