Connexa Search Group is working with a PE-backed technology and software solutions company to find a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules as part of the full month-end close cycle
- Maintain the NetSuite general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Process billing and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
- Calculate and process monthly commissions accurately and on schedule
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and applicable accounting standards
- Support the integration of acquired entities into standard accounting processes
- Identify and drive process improvements across the accounting function
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with strong command of month-end close and reconciliations
- Experience supporting audits and working within compliance frameworks
- Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency; NetSuite experience a strong plus
- Familiarity with multi-entity structures including international subsidiaries
- Background in services, technology, or SaaS strongly preferred — manufacturing backgrounds are not a fit for this role
- PE-backed company experience is a plus
- CPA or actively pursuing preferred
