Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robolink is a fast-growing educational technology maker dedicated to giving all students access to real-world learning experiences. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to focus on selling educational products and servicing K12 classrooms, targeting key education decision makers and driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Target new/existing customer base to drive new product sales, aligned to marketing and regional sales strategies
- Cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets
- Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs
- Conduct webinars, sales presentations, and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with prospects
- Follow sales cycle from inception to close and implementation
- Create an ongoing plan for prioritization of customer calls, emails and scheduled appointments to drive sales pipeline advancement, accurate forecasting and quota achievement
- Effectively maintain and grow knowledge of accounts, Robolink offerings and key trends in education to develop credibility amongst customers and internal colleagues
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in K12 technology/educational sales or 5+ years in education with demonstrated capabilities to transition into an education sales role
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google office suite
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, with experience presenting to customers
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Requires some travel, 15-25%
- Pass a criminal background check
