They are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project resource plans using Azure DevOps
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with SI team and project management team to ensure project alignment with project goals and capacity
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items
- Support change management and training efforts related to project deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or technology environments
- Proven history of using excellent problem-solving skills to address project resource constraints and conflicts
- Experience delivering projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- PMP, CSM, or other related certifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
