The role involves supporting and optimizing SAP S/4HANA iMRO business processes, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with various teams to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA iMRO and Sustainment business processes
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure, enhance, and support MRO-related workflows and maintenance operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to drive process improvements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
- Participate in testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with industry best practices and business objectives

- Hands-on experience supporting Sustainment and maintenance operations

- Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry
- Experience in Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) sector
- Prior consulting experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments
