Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integration International Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to support their SAP HR enhancement project. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solutions, and providing expertise in SAP HR processes while leading system enhancements and training team members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements for the SAP HR enhancement project
- Design and implement solutions in SAP HR, ensuring seamless integration with other systems
- Provide expertise in SAP HR processes, configuration, and troubleshooting for HR modules
- Develop, configure, and test solutions in SAP HR (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, etc.)
- Lead the execution of SAP HR-related system enhancements from requirement gathering to deployment
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders as necessary
- Support the integration of SAP HR with other enterprise systems to ensure alignment and data consistency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and HR, to ensure that SAP solutions meet business needs and are aligned with project goals
- Monitor and report on the progress of project deliverables, ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met
Skills
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP HR modules
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR Techno Functional processes and integration with other business systems
- Proven experience working on capital projects with complex SAP solutions
- Familiarity with accounting information and cost center management in an SAP environment
