Oxbow Talent is partnered with a fast-growing global software company delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions into highly regulated industries. They are hiring an Enterprise Solutions/Sales Engineer to support complex enterprise sales engagements across North America, acting as the technical lead throughout the sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and solution design aspects of enterprise sales engagements
- Partner closely with enterprise sales teams across multiple product offerings
- Run technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and challenges
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops and product demonstrations
- Design scalable enterprise architecture and integration Solutions
- Lead technical Proof of Concept engagements and solution validations
- Support enterprise RFP, RFI and technical proposal responses
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams
- Advise customers on integrations, deployment strategies and technical workflows
- Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings
- Contribute to internal presales best practices and enablement materials
- Travel approximately 30% as required
Skills
- Experience within Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, Presales or Software Engineering environments
- Previous experience of working as a Software Engineer
- Strong customer-facing experience within enterprise B2B software or SaaS organisations
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical Stakeholders
- Experience leading enterprise technical discovery and architecture discussions
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, cloud platforms and modern software architectures
- Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, NLP or Data Analytics technologies
- Excellent presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams
- Experience working within regulated industries such as Financial Services
- Exposure to compliance, surveillance, eDiscovery, archiving or unstructured data environments
- Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Solution Selling or Demo2Win methodologies
- Background working with enterprise SaaS or large-scale data platforms
