They are seeking a relationship-driven sales representative to create qualified opportunities with companies of 100+ employees, focusing on converting an existing network into high-quality meetings and building a consistent pipeline through targeted prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing relationships to book qualified meetings in your first 30 days
- Prospect into mid-market accounts using a focused outreach cadence (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Run discovery to confirm fit, pain, stakeholders, and buying process
- Advance opportunities through a structured sales process and maintain clean CRM hygiene
- Coordinate with Aseva technical and account teams to deliver the right solution and a smooth handoff
- Build a forecastable pipeline and consistently drive new opportunities
Skills
- A current, proven book of relationships with decision-makers at 100+ employee organizations
- Track record selling mission-critical business services or products
- Strong outbound skills (prospecting, messaging, follow-up, meeting conversion)
- Comfortable leading discovery and navigating multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to work independently and manage time, territory, and pipeline
- Experience selling to IT and security stakeholders in the mid-market (100–2,000 employees)
- Consultative, solution-based selling background
- Existing relationships in a defined vertical (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, staffing, professional services, public sector, etc.)
- Familiarity with MSP, cybersecurity, or cloud service models
- Located in the Santa Barbara, CA or Ventura, CA areas
