About the role This is a fully remote, full-time inside sales position open to candidates anywhere in the US. You'll be on the phone and in our CRM connecting with homeowners, qualifying leads, and guiding customers from first contact to signed contract. Your income is directly tied to your effort — the more you close, the more you earn, with no cap on commission. What you'll do - Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify prospects - Conduct consultative conversations to recommend the right solutions - Prepare and present proposals and close contracts over the phone - Keep your pipeline organized and updated in HubSpot - Follow up post-project for reviews, referrals, and repeat business What we're looking for - Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or customer service - Comfortable on the phone and confident closing conversations - Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software - Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy pipeline independently - Reliable home workspace, quiet environment, and strong internet connection - CRM experience a plus — we use HubSpot Compensation & Schedule - 40–50 hours per week - Base hourly pay plus commission — multiple ways to earn - Top performers earn $70,000–$110,000+ - Health insurance and 401(k) matching - Room to grow — expanding across PA, OH, and WV with leadership paths for high performers Apply To This Job
