The role involves owning the full recruiting lifecycle and building relationships to identify top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidates for sales aptitude, coachability, communication skills, and culture fit
- Manage candidates throughout the interview process from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market feedback
- Maintain a healthy recruiting pipeline and proactively build talent pools
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
- Track recruiting metrics and continually improve sourcing strategies and conversion rates
- Represent the company professionally across all candidate interactions
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with candidates
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Excellent judgment and ability to assess talent beyond what's written on a resume
- 0-1+ years of recruiting, sales, staffing, or business development experience preferred
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms is a plus
