The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team through pipeline management, CRM data maintenance, and sales reporting, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supports the sales team with pipeline management, lead qualification, and CRM data maintenance
- Generates and analyzes sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Assists in developing sales forecasts and contributes to the preparation of annual sales budgets
- Provides support for deal enablement and commercial execution
- Works closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
- Ensure all sales materials are current, accurate, professionally formatted, and aligned with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and product positioning
- Captures event leads and completes post-event follow up
- Tracks won and lost sales opportunities and documents insights to help improve the sales process
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 3-5 years or professional experience in a business support function
- Knowledge of sales operations processes across the full sales lifecycle and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- CRM admin support and data hygiene, cross-functional coordination and communication, and process documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Experience supporting sales operations, CRM management, and pipeline reporting in a commercial environment
- Experience supporting operational, process-oriented work within sales or commercial teams
- Experience working in fast-growing or scaling organizations
- Knowledge of sales operations best practices in a scaling, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with cross-functional deal coordination and RFP or proposal support processes
- Familiarity with lead tracking, follow-ups, and post-event support
- Ability to maintain consistent documentation and assist with creation of workflows
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving processes and changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicatively
