We build and manage ROI-focused campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, combining SEO, paid media, conversion-focused websites, data, automation, and AI to generate consistent, qualified leads and revenue.
We are growing and looking for hungry, experienced sales closers who want to build a portfolio of monthly retainers and get paid residually on the clients they bring in.
Position Overview
We’re hiring commission-only remote sales closers who can both close deals and actively work the phones. You will:
• Run inbound and booked strategy calls.
• Proactively cold call, text, and follow up with leads and lists we provide.
• Enroll qualified prospects into our paid ads, SEO, SEO-friendly website builds, digital marketing, and AI automation retainers (typically $1,000–$5,000 per month).
This is not a beginner “appointment setter” role. You own the full sales cycle from cold or warm outreach and discovery through to proposal, objection handling, and close.

Key Responsibilities
• Take scheduled strategy sessions and sales calls with qualified prospects via Zoom and phone.
• Cold call and follow up with leads and lists provided by Evolve Demand (new leads, older leads, and no-shows) to book calls and close deals.
• Run structured discovery to understand each prospect’s business model, current marketing, and growth goals.
• Clearly communicate the value of:
• Paid ads management (Meta, Google, etc.).
• SEO and ongoing SEO retainers.
• SEO-friendly website builds and landing pages.
• Digital marketing and demand generation services.
• AI-driven marketing solutions and AI automation (AIO) offers.
• Present tailored monthly retainer and project packages in the $1,000 to $5,000+ per month range.
• Overcome objections, negotiate terms when appropriate, and confidently ask for the close.
• Work the pipeline consistently: follow up with undecided prospects and reactivate older opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes, pipeline stages, and activity inside the CRM.
• Collaborate with the founder and delivery team to refine messaging, offers, and close rates over time.
Requirements
• Proven experience closing high-ticket or retainer-based offers, ideally in the $1,000–$5,000 per month range or higher.
• Comfortable in a 100% commission role (no base salary, no hourly pay, no draw).
• Willing and able to make outbound cold calls and handle warm or hot leads.
• Strong consultative sales skills: discovery, diagnosing problems, prescribing solutions, and presenting clear next steps.
• Confident and professional on Zoom and phone.
• Organized with pipeline management, follow-up processes, and CRM usage.
• Reliable internet, quality audio or video setup, and a quiet environment for calls.
• Self-driven, coachable, and accountable.
Nice to have (not required):
• Experience selling marketing, SEO, websites, paid ads, SaaS, or agency services.
• Understanding of paid ads, SEO, funnels, or basic AI or automation in marketing.
• Prior remote sales and performance-based compensation experience.
Compensation
This role is 100% commission-based with residuals. There is no base pay.
Retainers typically range from $1,000 to $5,000 per month. You earn a percentage of the monthly retainers you close, as long as the client is active and within the commission window.
Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $70,000 to $150,000 per year. Actual earnings depend entirely on your performance, close rate, and the size and quality of the active client portfolio you build.
Residual commission structure:
• Residual commissions are paid monthly for up to 18 months per client.
• Commission is based on your total active MRR (monthly recurring revenue) from clients you originally closed, within their 18-month commission window.
Monthly portfolio tiers:
• $0–$10,000 active MRR: 10% residual
• $10,001–$20,000 active MRR: 12% residual on MRR in that band
• $20,001+ active MRR: 14% residual
