Responsibilities
- Configuring, implementing, and supporting Sage 300 for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Setup of financial modules, user roles, and workflows
- Analyzing client business processes
- Gathering requirements
- Designing solutions
- Performing system testing
- Training end users on best practices
- Troubleshooting functional issues
- Coordinating with technical teams on integrations and customizations
- Documenting configurations and procedures
Skills
- Update financial statement specification files
- Proficient in supporting modules: GL, AR, AP, US Payroll, Sales and US Sales Tax, Financial Reporter including all set up procedures and integrations with GL
