[Remote] Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst

They are seeking a Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst responsible for developing and analyzing revenue cycle reports to support operational and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develops, generates, and distributes recurring and ad-hoc reports to support revenue cycle operations, payer, and financial performance
• Validates accuracy and consistency of data across revenue cycle systems and reporting platforms
• Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborates with revenue cycle leaders, finance, and IT to translate business needs into reporting solutions
• Builds and maintains dashboards and visualizations to improve transparency and decision-making
• Troubleshoots reporting issues, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions
• Documents reporting processes, workflows, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
• Ensures reports comply with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and organizational data governance standards
• Supports system upgrades, testing, and enhancements to reporting tools and data integrations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• All experience must be paid and in the same related field
• Experience with revenue cycle data tools
• Ability to validate accuracy and consistency of data across revenue cycle systems and reporting platforms
• Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Ability to collaborate with revenue cycle leaders, finance, and IT to translate business needs into reporting solutions
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards and visualizations
• Ability to troubleshoot reporting issues and implement corrective actions
• Ability to document reporting processes, workflows, and standards
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and organizational data governance standards
• Ability to support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements to reporting tools and data integrations
