Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 4-5 years in IT technical training, end-user support, or instructional design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Teams
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360
- Flexible to travel within Georgia
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
