The Remote Inbound Closer role involves conducting video sales consultations with qualified prospects, utilizing a consultative sales framework to guide them to decisions while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 3–6 qualified remote video sales appointments per day
- Follow our proven consultative sales framework
- Qualify prospects based on revenue, service area, budget, goals, and fit
- Protect the company's reputation by confidently disqualifying poor-fit prospects
- Set realistic expectations regarding timelines, responsibilities, and results
- Work warm inbound opportunities generated through our marketing
- Re-engage previous leads, no-shows, and "not now" prospects during lighter inbound periods
- Execute consistent follow-up through calls, texts, and email until every opportunity reaches a clear outcome
- Maintain clean, organized HubSpot records with detailed notes, tasks, and accurate forecasting
- Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and roleplay training
- Execute our sales process consistently while bringing your own personality to conversations
- Learn from feedback and quickly implement improvements
- Stay accountable to individual and team performance metrics
Skills
- 1+ years closing high-ticket B2B sales to home service businesses or similar, via remote video calls in a one-call close environment
- Proven history of consistently closing 15+ deals per month
- Experience selling in one-call or short sales cycle environments
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable discussing premium pricing with skeptical or price-conscious business owners
- Excellent CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Highly coachable and driven by measurable performance
- Marketing agency, SEO, PPC, or digital marketing sales
- Experience selling to home service businesses
- Familiarity with contractor economics, lead generation, and seasonal demand
