RG&T Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support recruitment and employee lifecycle management across Europe and the Americas. This role involves coordinating recruitment logistics, managing employee files, and enhancing employee experience through various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment logistics, maintaining ATS (Lever), and supporting hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Managing employee files, conducting policy reviews, and providing HR administrative support
- Enhancing employee experience through communication, engagement initiatives, and representing organizational values
- Contributing to HR projects like policy updates, process improvements, and data analysis
- Coordinating with vendors, supporting HRIS/ATS data integrity, and assisting with new country HR setups
Skills
- Undergraduate degree with at least 4 years of HR experience, including employee relations and California law knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational, communication, cross-cultural, and technological skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information, multitask effectively, and work remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish preferred
