CSI Companies is a leading staffing and recruiting firm, and they are seeking experienced CRM and Revenue Cycle Support Analysts to support communication workflows and revenue cycle operations within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on monitoring CRM platforms, supporting Epic workflows, and ensuring timely resolution of patient and billing related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CRM platforms including CallHub, MyChart, and MyUPMC and route communications to the appropriate departments
- Support staff and team leads with Epic related troubleshooting questions
- Add or update insurance information and initiate rebill workflows within Epic
- Monitor Epic work queues flags and holds to ensure timely resolution
- Follow up on callbacks and patient inquiries regarding billing and payment plans
- Monitor payment plan work queues for errors and initiate patient outreach when necessary
- Process itemized statement requests and fulfill legal and attorney record requests
- Scan and manage documentation within OnBase
- Collaborate with revenue cycle and access teams to maintain communication workflow accuracy
- Support operational initiatives that improve efficiency and patient experience
Skills
- 3 or more years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services
- Hands on experience with Epic including MyChart work queue monitoring and insurance workflows
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as CallHub MyChart or MyUPMC
- Experience handling patient communications callbacks and statement requests
- Experience with insurance rebills and payment plan management
- Experience processing attorney and legal record requests
- Experience using OnBase or similar document management systems
- Ability to work cross functionally with staff leadership and billing departments
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Experience supporting large healthcare systems
- Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules
- Experience handling high volume communication workflows
- Experience supporting remote operational teams
