LS Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Closer) to generate new business and expand client relationships in a remote sales environment. This role involves high-volume outbound calls, following sales processes, and maintaining CRM records while achieving set KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Conducting high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and close sales
- Following structured sales processes and scripts to qualify leads, handle objections, and finalize deals often within 1–2 conversations
- Maintaining accurate CRM records of opportunities, follow-ups, and dispositions
- Achieving daily and weekly KPIs such as dials, contacts, and closes
- Participating in coaching, training, and call reviews to enhance sales skills
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven closing record
- Experience in outbound calling, CRM usage, and structured sales processes
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and participate in coaching
- Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the U.S
- Selling to SMBs
