Quake Global is a growth focused company seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive revenue generation for their Healthcare Solutions in the Central US Territory. The role involves initiating and closing new sales opportunities, managing sales activities, and collaborating with various teams to align solutions with industry needs.
Responsibilities
- Has knowledge of the business, healthcare RTLS ecosystem(s), the competition and healthcare buying processes, and drives sales growth in the assigned territory
- Responsible and accountable for planning, obtaining, and managing new sales opportunities, and meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Actively prospects and leverages their contact database to follow-up with targeted customers through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods (e.g. cold calling, conference attendance, social media, public relations, drip campaigns, presentations, etc.)
- Initiates and develops relationships with key prospects to identify and understand customer needs, and how Quake Global’s solutions meet those needs. Creates and presents messaging that establishes value for the customer
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers and where used, third-party sellers, at multiple levels and across different Customer Departments
- Locate RFPs and works with Project Management team to write proposals and SOWs
- Oversees and leads the full sales cycle, including market research, needs analysis, messaging, closing, renewals, and upselling
- Collaborates closely with Product Management and Customer Support teams
- Maintains and provides timely and accurate pipeline tracking within the CRM platform
- Analyzes data and implements corrective actions for exception conditions (e.g., budget or forecast miss) and reports on progress to the Quake leadership team
- Capture prospects and market needs and trends and consults with executive leadership and internal teams for solution development
- Helps identify sales and marketing tools that advance sales, supports industry events, and provides content for newsletters and announcements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of direct healthcare sales experience in technology, solutions in Healthcare IT, Biotech, Medical Device, Hospital, Health System, or Senior Living
- Proven and demonstratable ability to close sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets and strategic objectives
- Superior knowledge of the full sales cycle (prospecting through closing and retention/upsell)
- Effectively manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical and medical device products
- Ability to present a professional image to management, staff, patients, clients, and other outside contacts
- Exceptional internal and external customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
- Flexible nature to accommodate (and embrace) new program growth and change
- Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- An advanced degree is a plus
- Experience with patient support programs is an advantage
