[Remote] Recruiter

ScoutEPC is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven background sourcing and hiring professional-level candidates in technical and construction-related industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire placements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection activities. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, networking, and other recruiting platforms • Conduct candidate screening interviews via phone, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams • Evaluate resumes and technical backgrounds to determine candidate fit • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process • Present qualified candidates with detailed screening notes and recommendations • Ensure recruiting activities are completed in a timely and organized manner Skills • Previous experience recruiting professional and technical personnel required • Proven experience placing candidates on a direct hire basis • Strong resume review and candidate evaluation skills • Experience interviewing candidates through virtual platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams • Proficiency using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously • Experience recruiting within Engineering • Experience recruiting within Construction • Experience recruiting within Industrial • Experience recruiting within EPC • Experience recruiting within Manufacturing • Experience recruiting within Oil & Gas • Experience recruiting within Infrastructure or related technical industries Company Overview • ScoutEPC is a professional search partner built for industrial and craft-driven organizations.
