Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rangam is seeking a Water Program Manager to support their Data Center Site Development team. This role is critical for managing the water program strategy and execution across the global data center portfolio during various project phases.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year water program roadmap, aligning with company growth targets and sustainability goals
- Lead programmatic initiatives including fleet-wide sustainability/water-saving efforts, regulatory research, business process development, and cross-functional coordination
- Own and drive the water/wastewater compliance framework (tool development, process governance, audit readiness)
Skills
- Technical expertise in industrial water use and wastewater discharge, water efficiency techniques, and water policy/permitting in the United States
- Experience with permitting and construction management of water infrastructure projects
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including senior/lead-level roles
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field (required)
- Experience with NPDES and industrial pre-treatment permits;experience working with water/wastewater utilities in the US
- Experience with water/wastewater infrastructure construction and operations for hyperscale data centers
- Professional Civil Engineer (PE) License
