The role involves coordinating project activities, managing programs related to sales transformation, and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule
- Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation
- Lead and manage programs supporting sales transformation priorities, including org redesign, headcount planning, and go-to-market strategy
- Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders to track decisions, dependencies, and open items-ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Build and maintain executive-ready communications, decision logs, and program documentation
- Support planning and execution of key operating rhythms (e.g., leadership reviews, planning cycles, cross-functional working sessions)
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and external partners (e.g., ZS Associates) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track execution across initiatives, proactively surfacing risks, and mitigation plans
- Support change management efforts tied to new go-to-market motions, coverage models, and sales programs
- Develop program status updates and briefing materials for CSO and senior leadership audiences
Skills
- College degree required
- 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or chief of staff functions
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting executive-facing materials
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar collaboration tools
- PMP Certification
