They are seeking a Project Manager for PowerDMS Implementations to manage project teams, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met across various implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of comprehensive project plans, milestones, and key deliverables
- Monitor and report on progress throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring projects launch on time and within scope
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments early in the engagement
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical hurdles, or scope creep, and implement mitigation strategies before they impact the timeline
- Lead discovery sessions to gather, confirm, and document business and technical requirements
- Define the implementation scope, map out configuration workflows, and allocate internal resources effectively
- Serve as the central hub between the client and internal teams
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support and Customer Success to escalate technical bugs, advocate for client feature requests, and ensure seamless handoffs
- Guide client stakeholders—from IT admins to C-suite executives—through change management, driving platform adoption and keeping them accountable to their implementation responsibilities
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at scaling, automating, and standardizing our onboarding methodologies to reduce onboarding cycle times
Skills
- 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically onboarding B2B SaaS solutions or enterprise software
- Experience working with public sector/public safety clients is a plus
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., GuideCX, Clickup, Jira, Smartsheet) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management frameworks
- PMP or CSM certifications are preferred
