Flux Resources is a company focused on engineering solutions, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead small- to medium-complexity projects. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects and assume accountability for successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal and external project resources while managing resource availability
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and budget performance through ongoing analysis
- Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, schedules, and project dependencies
- Maintain project risk and issue logs, escalating concerns as appropriate
- Administer project change control processes in accordance with established policies
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Proven experience applying project management methodologies and best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
- PMI or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Experience with business process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of organizational change management principles
- Experience using standardized PMO tools and project management templates
- Experience managing third-party vendors and external project partners
