AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and drive strategic execution across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong leader who can influence decision-making, manage competing priorities, improve delivery processes, and partner with executives to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program leaders to drive prioritization, sequencing, and delivery decisions
- Manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguity across multiple teams and initiatives
- Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- Improve project governance, delivery processes, and PMO operating practices
- Coach teams on project management best practices and Agile delivery methodologies
Skills
- 7–10+ years of project or program management experience
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product and Engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software initiatives preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect execution strategies to organizational goals
- Experience building project management standards or operating models
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience mentoring or coaching Project Managers
