The role involves managing engineering scope, schedule, and budget for various datacenter power design projects, while collaborating with internal teams and utility providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit datacenter power infrastructure design projects from pre-programming through construction and turnover to Operations
- Oversee the concurrent delivery of multiple distribution, substation, and transmission projects to ensure alignment with Our Client's long-term datacenter capacity roadmap
- Direct internal teams and manage multiple utility provider teams of engineers and designers, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders and outside datacenter architecture vendors
- Drive the facilitation and development of new technology and advanced power infrastructure concepts for industry-leading datacenter solutions
- Apply a high level of proficiency in transmission and substation design, utilizing tools like Revit and Bluebeam to lead complex engineering and operational processes in a fast-paced environment
