The role involves driving positioning, messaging, and marketing asset creation while leveraging customer insights and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a suite of B2B marketing collateral, including website pages, product demos, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, email sequences, and sales decks
- Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for Base44's product lines, translating technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing language
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analyses, and market research, turning insights into actionable strategies and sharpening go-to-market approaches
- Manage marketing performance metrics, using data dashboards to optimize strategies and eliminate ineffective efforts
- Work as a full-stack marketer, utilizing AI tools and no-code platforms to create content, automate workflows, and execute campaigns independently
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience, including 3–4 years in product marketing in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience creating high-quality B2B marketing assets, including website copy, demo scripts, and sales decks
- Fluent in using AI tools and no-code platforms to streamline workflows and enhance marketing efforts
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to pull and interpret data to inform decisions
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot for managing campaigns, tracking pipeline impact, and connecting marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
- Skilled in conducting customer interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies
- Ownership mindset with strong written communication skills and a bias toward output
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity
