Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DESIGNME HAIR is a performance and innovation-driven indie hair care brand based in Canada. They are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market strategy for their product line, translating product capabilities into effective positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with customers.
Responsibilities
- Create end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, from positioning through post-launch measurement
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates DESIGNME in the hair and beauty category
- Partner closely with Product, Brand, and Trade teams to align roadmap priorities with market opportunity
- Lead customer and market research to uncover insights that shape product and marketing decisions
- Build sales and partner enablement materials, including product decks, 360 ideas and make sure all the informations is available for the rest of the team to create synergies
- Define and track success metrics for launches, using data to iterate on messaging and channel strategy
- Manage cross-functional launch timelines and act as the central point of coordination for go-to-market execution
- Create Monday board to share the all the information of each launch with the team
Skills
- 2+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in beauty
- Proven track record leading product launches from strategy through execution
- Strong storyteller — you can turn product features into messaging that customers actually care about
- Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; you can align Product, Sales, and Creative teams around a shared plan
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in the hair, beauty, or personal care industry
