In this role, you'll own the strategy and performance of assigned insurance products, driving growth and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable business results.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or a related discipline
- Experience managing insurance products or line-of-business performance
- Strong analytical experience using underwriting, claims, financial, market, or operational data to drive business decisions
- Familiarity with insurance product structures, including rates, rules, forms, underwriting considerations, and regulatory requirements
- Experience presenting business recommendations, product strategies, or performance results to management or executive leadership
