[Remote] Pharmacy Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Software Technology Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Healthcare/PBM experience to support pharmacy claims implementations. The role involves requirements gathering, data analysis, system integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, RTMs, and process documentation
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and interface analysis
• Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and support UAT
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors
• Track requirements, changes, and project deliverables

Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Healthcare/PBM or Health Plan experience
• NCPDP D.0, F6, Batch, and SCRIPT knowledge
• Strong experience in data mapping, system integrations, testing, and requirements management
• Experience with RxClaim, JUDI, or Abarca preferred
• Agile experience preferred
