DMCG Global is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups, looking for a mid-weight to senior Performance Marketer to join its fully remote team. The role involves driving user acquisition through high-performing video content, managing high-budget campaigns, and optimizing funnels in the adult industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale paid campaigns on adult RTB platforms and other high-performing channels
- Manage end-to-end acquisition: campaign setup, targeting, creative, landing page optimisation, and funnel performance
- Scale budgets to $1/2m+/month while optimising CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Test, iterate, and push creative boundaries while staying compliant with platform policies
- Expand into mainstream and emerging channels as we diversify acquisition
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to continuously improve ad performance
Skills
- 3–6+ years in paid acquisition, user acquisition, growth marketing, or media buying
- Proven track record of scaling paid media to $1/2m+/month with measurable revenue impact
- Fully hands-on with campaign execution - not just strategy
- Strong data-driven mindset; fluent in KPIs, dashboards, and optimisation logic
- Comfortable creating/adapting creatives and landing pages to drive performance
- Experience with social channels (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta), Google, and/or native networks (Taboola, Outbrain)
- Experience working with products heavily restricted on social media platforms
- Knowledge of marketing challenges and experience navigating these specific constraints
- Experience in adult, dating, sexual wellness, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with RTB platforms (ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars) or similar DSPs
- Background in subscription products and CAC/LTV modelling
