They are seeking a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale their demand generation engine, focusing on driving measurable business growth through performance marketing and growth experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Kaya AI's performance and growth marketing strategy across multiple acquisition channels
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant B2B channels
- Build scalable lead generation programs that consistently generate qualified sales pipeline
- Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
- Own key marketing metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI
- Develop landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys that maximize conversion rates
- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline conversion, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to improve customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Build dashboards and performance reporting that provide actionable insights for Leadership
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation and AI-powered workflows
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly while maximizing return on investment
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and growth methodologies
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B demand generation programs
- Strong experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business outcomes
- Excellent understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business decisions
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum efficiency
- Ability to independently prioritize work and execute in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership
